Uniforms / Apparel
 The following pertains to the ordering of Uniforms for the MJSL travel division. Our preferred vendor is EUROSPORT. Our Team representative is Emily Wade. Her contact info is contained in the attachments.
The deal brokered with Eurosport will enable us not only to save money (purchasing power) but allows extensive flexibility with the ability to order single items as well. Moreover, you can order Uniform items at any time.
Any Team ordering "full kits" will receive: 2 jerseys, one short, and a pair of black socks.
A full youth kit will cost $50.99; a full adult kit will cost $57.42. This includes screen printing of numbers on the jerseys as well as shipping.
Please note this is a new style Adidas Sereno uniform as of January 2008. These uniforms will be produced until December 2010.
EACH TEAM IS TO FOLLOW these strict guidelines when procuring uniforms.
- Each TEAM (coach/manager) is responsible to procure the uniforms for your squad.
- Please take time to READ the 2 attachments: Word doc (instructions) and Order template (XLS)
- You are to fill out the "GREEN" shaded areas on the template. Your total cost will calculated.
- Full payment must accompany your order otherwise it will not be processed
- Return the completed template as an attachment VIA EMAIL DIRECTLY TO Emily at Eurosport. (read instructions)
- Please plan accordingly. WATCH THE CALENDAR.
It is your SOLE responsibility to ensure your template is accurate and full payment is furnished on time. You will be receiving your order via MAIL.
